Premium Delivery

It couldn’t be any faster or more comfortable: if you order from our online shop via premium delivery you will benefit from many advantages. There is an extra charge of 5.00 € for this service which will be added to the standard delivery costs.

The one-time shipping costs per delivery depend on the item with the highest shipping costs, no matter how high the order quantity is. There are no additional service or packaging costs.

Even better: for all items with the statement "From 2.000 € order value, you'll receive free shipping", every delivery with the corresponding value of goods is free for you within Germany (mainland only)!

Your Benefits:

  • Priority order process.
  • If your order is received by 2pm it will be dispatched on the same day.
  • We guarantee latest delivery within 3 working days (day of the order not included). Saturdays are classed as work days (please observe below our “Delivery Guarantee Service & Conditions”).
  • More reliable scheduling.
  • The products you have selected will remain reserved for you for 5 days from the date of your order. These are not available for other customers during this period.

Should the goods not arrive on this date due to unexpected circumstances, we will of course refund the surcharge for the premium shipment. Further claims are excluded.

Delivery Guarantee Service & Conditions:

  • Parcels are delivered from Monday to Saturday and pallets from Monday to Friday.
  • Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays or on public holidays.
  • As a general rule deliveries to company addresses are not carried out on Saturdays.
  • Deliveries are made within Germany, islands are excluded.
  • Orders submitted on Sundays are, as a general rule, received on Tuesdays.
  • Orders can only be processed with premium delivery if all items are eligible for PREMIUM delivery.

Further Information on Delivery Guarantee:

The delivery guarantee is fulfilled with the first attempt to deliver. If the last day of the delivery deadline falls on a public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the end of the next work day.

The delivery guarantee does not apply for late deliveries which are a result of force majeure, delays due to adverse weather conditions, strikes or similar circumstances which are beyond Reuter’s control.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to amend the conditions of the delivery guarantee for the premium delivery at any time.
