The European Commission will soon provide an online platform for dispute resolutions (ODR platform). Currently, this ODR platform is not operated. The ODR platform will be available through the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Please note that we currently do not participate in a procedure for alternative dispute resolution.

Reuter does not take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Reuter is not obligated to do so either.
