Right of revocation and return – good to know!

When purchasing at reuter.de, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods. This means that during this period you can withdraw from your purchase contract without giving a reason by letter, fax or e-mail and return the goods.

For articles returned within Germany, we offer you an online service for the preparation of the return. You will find the button "RETURN ITEM" in your customer account. Click on this button and we will guide you step by step through the return process.

Claims against tradesmen – without a doubt!

If you hire a tradesman and the product is damaged during installation, you are protected. As part of the work contract between you and the tradesman, you have legal warranty claims: they are obliged to eliminate defects that may have occurred during installation and to pay for any damages incurred. If the article itself is defective, of course your legal warranty rights still apply with reuter.de (reuter europe GmbH).
